Dr. Zead Al Getany, DVM

Dr. Zead loves getting to know his patients and their families and strives to make every visit as comfortable as possible. He has been serving the San Francisco Bay Area communities Since 2021 by providing compassionate and world-class veterinary care to their canine and feline companions. Dr. Zead has dedicated his career to providing veterinary care for various animal species, with a particular emphasis on Small Animal Medicine, Surgery, Dentistry and Pathology.
Dr. Zead graduated Veterinary Medicine and Surgery from University of Duhok in 2008. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and board-certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology in Hematology and Clinical Chemistry.
When not working, he enjoys the beautiful outdoors, hiking and exploring nature with his wife and children. At home in Foster City Dr. Zead has a beloved cat Cloudy and two parakeets.
