Our mission at Indy’s Place Pet Hospital is to be conscientious service providers. The internet defines conscientious as: “wishing to do what is right” and doing it “well and thoroughly,” and there could be no better description of where our intentions lie.

Our philosophy is that no pet should be withheld from receiving the utmost limit of our knowledge, diligence, attentiveness, and advocacy, and that no pet parent should have to feel stress or anxiety about their loved one’s care due to a paucity of information, comprehension, or responsiveness.

We will strive to embody our philosophy at all times, and when we fall short we will remind ourselves of the promise we made to our clients and patients. This is our promise, and it will guide our actions above all else and at all times.
